The needle acts as a geographic marker, like a compass. The pun in the title concentrates the semantic dimension of the space. Il lago nell’ago literally means The lake in the tip of the needle.

A public art work (commissioned by the Mag Museum of Riva del Garda in collaboration with Mart Museum of Trento and Rovereto) in which a stainless steel needle (130cm) was planted in the containment wall at the most northerly point of the Garda lake.
